The Congregation

Every tradition's own claim, its own numbers, side by side, cited. No side is taken; every side is shown. Figures are DATA. Quoted texts are SCRIPTURE or TRADITION. Any reading of the numbers as prophecy is SPECULATION and is labeled on the card that makes it.

Center of gravity — CHRISTIANITY

1925–2025
CHRISTIANITY

A population-weighted mean location, plotted across the century. It moves because populations move and grow; it is not a claim about where a tradition belongs. Approximate by construction.

The Christian centre of gravity sat in northern Italy in 1900 and is now in west Africa. The published series has it crossing the Mediterranean mid-century and continuing south.

192519451965198520052025

  2. 1965Crosses into north Africa in the published series.

  4. 2025West Africa. The headline path on this instrument.
